All hard costs are paid by the customer in advance, and labor is prepaid in full. We do not float parts, or transport.
Definition: What Constitutes a Vehicle Evaluation
A vehicle evaluation is defined as any vehicle that is formally reviewed and assessed as part of this engagement. This includes:
• Any vehicle identified and presented to the client by our team that, in our professional judgment, meets the criteria and specifications outlined in this form; or
• Any vehicle sourced or identified by the client and submitted to our team for review, assessment, or bidding consideration.
The sourcing fee includes up to 20 vehicle evaluations and up to 5 bid attempts. Each vehicle reviewed under either of the above conditions counts toward this total.
3A | SOURCING FEE — $399 (Due Immediately)
What's Included:
• Up to 20 vehicle evaluations (see definition above)
• Up to 5 bid attempts
• $20 per additional evaluation after 20
• $50 per additional bid event after 5
Refund Policy: Non-refundable once the search begins.
3B | BID DEPOSIT — $750 (Due Immediately)
How It Works:
• Credited toward your invoice if you win a car and proceed.
• Refundable (minus any direct pass-through costs incurred, e.g. pre-purchase inspection) if no win within 30 days.
• Becomes NON-REFUNDABLE if you win a car and back out after the win (Copart/IAA relist risk, transport cancellation fees, and time loss apply).
3C | VEHICLE COST AND AUCTION TRANSPORTATION (Collected After Win / Vehicle Arrival)
Due Within 24 Hours of Winning the Vehicle.
Late payment will incur additional auction fees.
Refund Policy:
Non-refundable once labor or parts ordering begins. If cancelled before work starts, refundable minus actual labor at posted rate + any restocking fees.
3D | PARTS
Parts Pricing Formula:
• Parts billed at: 125% part cost to cover sourcing time.
• $50/hr for local pickup runs where delivery is not available.
• 100% of all parts costs are paid by the customer in advance. We do not float parts.
3E | LABOR — $100/hr
Payment Structure:
• Rate: $100/hr
• 100% of estimated hours due to start work.
• If the repair requires more hours than originally estimated, the customer is responsible for paying the additional labor time at the same hourly rate.
• If the repair is completed in fewer hours than estimated, the customer will receive a refund for any unused prepaid labor time.
3F | ENHANCED INSPECTION
Cost: $270
Transportation To and Form: $50/Hour OR costumer can Transport Vehicle Themselves.
Policy: Customer pays 100% upfront as pass-through costs. We do not float transportation Fees.
